The median price of homes sold increased in five out of six Katy area ZIP codes from May 2020 to May 2021, according to May housing data.

ZIP code 77450 saw the largest jump in the median price of homes sold in May when compared to May 2020, with a median price increase of $95,750. ZIP code 77094 did not see an increase in the median price of homes sold.
