Friday: free Saturday parade: free Saturday and Sunday festival: free (children age 12 and under), $5 (over age 12). Cash and debit and credit cards will be accepted.Getting around
On Saturday and Sunday, there are free shuttles to and from the Merrell Center. But on Friday, attendees will have to find parking or find a ride to be dropped off. There are five gates to enter the festival:- Gate 1: Intersection of Avenue D and Third Street
- Gate 2: Intersection of Avenue C and Fourth Street
- Gate 3: Intersection of Avenue A and Fourth Street
- Gate 4: Intersection of Avenue A and Second Street
- Gate 5: Intersection of Avenue B and First Street
Parade
The Katy Rice Festival parade runs from 9-10 a.m. The starting point is at the intersection of Avenue C and 10th Street. The parade proceeds and turns on Dexel Drive, then Fifth Street and again on Avenue C before returning to the starting point.Food and drink
To purchase beer, soda and water, attendees must purchase tickets inside the festival. Wine will be poured at the Wine Grotto separately. Additionally, there will be food trucks to purchase snacks and meals.Children's activities
In addition to carnival rides—which will require separately purchased tickets—there will be a free Kids Zone with a trackless train, arts and crafts, and inflatables.

The Katy Rice Festival will have seven bands play live music over the three days. Here is the lineup:
