The Rotary Club of Katy announced in a press release that the location of its annual fundraising event and beer festival, Wild West Brew Fest, has changed to Typhoon Texas Waterpark this fall. The weekend of events Nov. 3-5 will now be hosted at 555 Katy Fort Bend Road, Katy. WWBF remains within walking distance from hotels and will provide new experiences for attendees, including live music stages, lounge areas and more space.

Wild West Brew Fest is all volunteer run, and net proceeds go toward student scholarships and donations to charitable organizations such as Katy Christian Ministries, Keep Katy Beautiful and Clothed by Faith. Since its inception in 2012, the event has raised and donated almost $1 million, according to the press release. www.wildwestbrewfest.com
