Lily Truong

Occupation: doctor of Naturalpath

Experience: I am currently Board of Trustee in Alief ISD. I have been working and volunteering in the community, I believe I can do a lot more for the people once I get elected.

What are your highest-priority agenda items?

LT: My highest-priority will be education due to the Covid-19, it is affecting a lot of our students plus the riots that are going around the United States, most of the rioters are the younger generation. With this I am more concerned and eager to help to get them becoming good citizens. My other priority is also small businesses that are affected by Covid 19, I would like to get them back on their feet as soon as possible.

How will you work to build productive relationships across districts and party lines?

LT: I have been supervising an ESL and GED site to help a lot of students through Harris County Department of Education. Through this work, I have been involved with many people. I am able to build a very strong relationship with these students. Helping them and also knowing what their needs are.
