Last August, the University of Houston System opened a new instructional site in the Katy area to house two of its four universities: University of Houston and University of Houston-Victoria.

The two universities have several similarities, but there are some key differences. For example, UH at Katy tuition starts at $913 per credit hour, and its fall 2019 enrollment was 117 students. Meanwhile, UHV Katy tuition starts at $307.10 per credit hour, and its fall 2019 enrollment was 4,501 students.
