Twisted Grilled Cheese, which opened its location at 24811 Katy Freeway, Ste. 100, Katy, last March, announced it will expand the restaurant by adding a full-service bar in February.

Community Impact previously reported when the Black-owned restaurant opened its newest location in Katy. Officials with the restaurant confirmed Feb. 15 that construction is complete and that the Katy location is now serving beer and wine.

The restaurant plates grilled cheese sandwiches with a variety of flavors and combinations, such as the tarragon lobster salad sandwich with gruyere, provolone and mozzarella. Other menu items include cheesecake donut holes, funnel cake fries and the restaurant's signature limeade.
