Located at 1330 Park West Green Drive, Katy, the complex will have a total of 326 units once completed in February 2020, leasing manager Gabby Nettles said.
Nettles said buildings 1 and 3 are complete, and building 5 will open in the next month. She added some amenities are still in the works.
Units will range from 771-1,515 square feet, and monthly rent will start at $1,130-$2,125, respectively, according to the Maddox website.
Lennar Homes, a home-building company, led the deal and is developing the property as well as managing it.
The Maddox is located near Katy Mills mall, Main Event Entertainment and No Label Brewing Co.
Apartment features include a washer and dryer in each home, private garages and covered parking available, quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances, according to the Maddox website.
Among community amenities, tenants will find outdoor kitchen and grilling stations, a pool, fitness studio, dog park and outdoor gaming area, per the website.
Additionally, the community has a beer garden with fire pits and outdoor TVs as well as a lounging area with an entertainment bar.
