Construction on the Co-Op at Elyson was completed in the spring at 6845 Peek Road, Katy. It will be home to nine different businesses once the development is fully occupied. So far, seven businesses have leased space at the retail center, according to officials from real estate firm New Regional Planning, Inc. The first business to open at the Co-Op at Elyson is veteran-owned bar and grill Scholars & Scoundrels.
Scholars & Scoundrels is set to open in October, with all other signed businesses planned to open by the end of the year. Businesses with signed leases are listed below.

Two additional spaces with patios are still available for lease at the Co-Op at Elyson. The shopping center does not have a website.
