The job postings for Amazon.com Inc.'s new fulfillment center in West Katy went live Sunday, according to a spokesperson for the Seattle-based online retailer. The land was annexed March 14, and City Council approved the project that month. Duke Realty developed the site, according to the city. Amazon is looking to fill at least 400 positions at the new location, with average pay starting around $12 per hour. On-the-spot job offers will be available, and shift schedules will vary, according to an announcement Friday.
