The Toasted Yolk Cafe is expanding and plans to open a location at 6727 FM 1463, Ste.150, Katy, in early 2020, according to a press release. The full-service breakfast and lunch eatery offers omelettes, pancakes, french toast and egg specialties. The brand was founded in 2010 and has expanded to 11 locations in the Greater Houston area. Two other locations are on the way in the Greater Houston area at Cypress and Beaumont. Another Katy-area location is at 98 W. Harris County commissioners propose lower tax rates with split vote
