Lifetime Learners Child Development Center opened its second location Nov. 4 at 30505 Kingsland Blvd., Brookshire, near Jordan Ranch, said Tim Jones, who runs the day care with his daughter, Dana Legarde. A grand opening celebration is planned for Nov. 16. The new 9,700-square-foot location includes eight classrooms and an all-purpose room. Lifetime Learners provides day care as well as before- and after-school care for children between the ages of 6 weeks to 12 years, and the business employs certified teachers.
