Katy-area ZIP codes saw an overall increase in the number of homes sold this November compared to November 2022.

However, five of the eight local ZIP codes saw fewer homes sell, but the home sales in ZIP codes 77441, 77449 and 77493 offset the others.

Meanwhile, the average number of days homes spent on the market dropped overall when combining all ZIP codes during that time period. Five of eight ZIP codes had homes on average spend fewer days on the market compared to November 2022.
