Nonprofit organization Katy Christian Ministries will commemorate four decades of service to the local community with a "birthday bash" on June 24, according to an event announcement on the organization's website.

The details

The 40th anniversary party for KCM will take place in Simonton at Anthonie's Market Grill from 5:30-9 p.m. The event will include a social hour with hors d'oeuvres, followed by a dinner and presentation, and concluding with live music and dancing, according to the announcement.

Individual tickets cost $125, and sponsorships for the event range from $500-$1,500. Tickets are available at www.ktcm.org/40.

In addition, the organization offers mental health counseling services, and operates a food pantry and a resale stores with new and gently used clothes, furniture and household items.
