There are various camps happening around the Katy area this summer. This list is not comprehensive.


1. Art Camps at Cordovan Art School

The school offers various weekly themed camps for children, including anime, pop culture, super heroes and pottery painting. The camps utilize different art media and techniques in the full-, half- and extended-day camps.

This summer camp is offered at two locations for children who want to learn more about the STEAM world. Campers can design an amusement park, experiment in the Imagination Lab or learn to be an entrepreneur.

Creator Camp offers two- and three-day camp options aimed at helping attendees create their own movies, video games and video productions. Taught by industry-level instructors, the camp provides hands-on classes in filmmaking, animation, coding, music and production.

10. Drama Kids International

This camp will have four different summer camps this year with half- and full-day options. Each will be centered around a different theme, and the full-day camps will include a performance for friends and family.

11. Funtastik Labs

These STEM-themed summer camps offer campers the opportunity to learn about subjects such as robotics, chemistry and art.

Campers will receive daily gymnastics or dance classes as well as outside play, open gym time, group activities and themed crafts.
