The chamber took over the previous Matt Schomburg State Farm space in Suite A, which will provide chamber employees with more dedicated individual offices rather than a general work space, said Matthew Ferraro, chamber president and chief executive officer.
“We needed a little bit more space,” he said. “It gives us a little more flexibility, we’ll have more of a reception waiting area and the functionality of the space will be more fluid—the flow of everything just makes so much sense than [our previous space].”
The building also features a more open-office concept, with a reception area, meeting space to host luncheons and seminars, and back patio areas for networking, Ferraro said.
