Craft Club
Craft enthusiasts interested in anything from art and needlework to woodwork and crochet will meet at Fort Bend County’s Cinco Ranch Branch Library to chat and network with other crafters. Expect samples of the library’s instructional books, magazines and websites on various crafts, as well as other crafters’ perspectives, critiques and suggestions.

Foodies will be able to sample from over 30 Katy restaurants, including cuisines such as American, Indian, Mexican, Italian and Thai. The event also features an "Is It Cake?" activity, cooking demos by local chefs, a silent auction, a kids zone with a bounce house and temporary tattoo station, and live music.

The Fulshear Branch Library will host this event that celebrates the history and culture of Texas. In honor of Fulshear’s bicentennial and Texas Independence Day, the event features entertainment for the whole family, including line and square dancing, musical performances by The Cool Arrows, horseshoe tossing, a lasso competition, a mechanical bull, a petting zoo and bounce houses.

TaD’s All You Can Eat Crawfish Boil
The Louisiana-based eatery hosts the annual event just in time for crawfish season. The Katy location of the restaurant will host the all-you-can-eat crawfish boil in the third weekend of March this year, and guests can expect live music, cold beer, handcrafted cocktails and endless crawfish.

The Katy Area Chamber of Commerce and the Katy Area Economic Development Council are partnering to bring the business community together for a day of golf and networking. This is the inaugural tournament put on by the organizations, and it will take place at The Club at Falcon Point.

This volunteer-created and volunteer-led beer festival returns for its 12th year at Typhoon Texas Waterpark. This year, the event is three days long and characterized by a free party with $5 beers on Thursday, a launch party on Friday night, and a full day of brews and food vendors on Saturday.
