Representatives with Children's Lighthouse Early Learning School confirmed an updated opening date for its new Fulshear location.

Community Impact previously reported franchisees Emily and Amal Fernando were planning to open the child care and learning center in the Cross Creek West development. A project filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation in early July puts construction costs for the 10,032-square-foot facility at $3.75 million.

The business promotes intellectual development; social and emotional growth; and active learning, according to previous reporting. Traditional school-hour programs, after-school programs and summer camps are available for children up to 12 years old.
