Dumplingholic House pays homage to Chinese traditional dishes but applies a modern twist, said owner Evan Wang. Wang said the restaurant is dedicated to blending the "artistry of food with the warmth of hospitality."
According to the restaurant's online ordering platform, the menu includes steam and pan fried bao buns filled with pork, chicken, spicy tofu or beef and onion; homemade Dan Dan noodles; boiled dumplings filled with pork and cabbage; and chive and egg pancakes.The business' official website is still under development, Wang said, but more information is available via social media sites.
