Chip Cookies, a cookie delivery service, will open its doors in Katy, franchisee Prince Dhoat said.

The gist

According to its website, the franchise aims to bring fresh, late-night treats to hungry patrons with weekly flavors such as:
  • SW chip: a warm cookie stuffed with semi-sweet chocolate wafers, topped with sea salt
  • Sugar chip: a sugar cookie topped with cream cheese frosting and sprinkles
  • OG: chocolate chip cookie
  • Biscoff chip: cookie made with Biscoff cookies, white chocolate chips and stuffed with Biscoff cookie butter
Additionally, the store offers a rotating flavor, which is released weekly on Mondays, Dhoat said.

Dates to know

The Katy location will celebrate its grand opening Oct. 26 with free cookies from 5-10 p.m. and giveaways, including free cookies for a year for the first 10 customers, Dhoat said.
