Miami-born concept Pincho Burgers + Kebabs has chosen Katy to open its fourth Houston-area location.

The details

The restaurant is inspired by co-founder Otto Othman's mother's kebabs—or pinchos—and takes a Latin approach to classic American cuisine, according to a May 9 news release.

Menu items include bowls, kebab plates, a tostone chicken sandwich and the pincho dog, which is a toasted bun topped with applewood smoked bacon, chopped pineapple, the eatery's signature sauce, cilantro sauce and papitas.
