More parking is now available for guests visiting Memorial Hermann Katy Hospital.

What you need to know

Memorial Hermann Katy Hospital now has a new parking garage, located behind Medical Plaza 2, offering over 700 free spots to visitors and employees of the facility.

The three-story garage offers visitor parking on the first two floors and employee parking on the third floor, and it has the ability to be expanded as needed, according to a Memorial Hermann news release.

“We want to thank the community for their patience during construction of the garage and hope they are as thrilled as we are that it is now open,” said Vivien Bond, chief operating officer at Memorial Hermann Katy, in the news release. “While it seems minor, we hope the simple act of quickly finding a free parking space will alleviate some of the stress they may feel when visiting the hospital or a doctor’s office.”

The garage is part of a larger $167 million expansion project, which broke ground in early 2023, and includes additional beds, emergency center and operating room expansions, and Medical Plaza 3, offering more clinical office locations, according to the news release.
