Six new coffee shops have opened in the Katy area throughout 2023 and early 2024, according to trends identified by Community Impact staff through monthly reporting.
The latest arrival is L3 Craft Coffee in Fulshear, which celebrates its grand opening Jan. 6. Another Fulshear-based coffee house, Humble Grounds, opened a new shop in the area colloquially known as Old Katy on Dec. 13.
