A new dessert shop has opened in Katy, adding to the list of businesses selling sweets that opened in the area throughout 2023.

The Peach Cobbler Factory offers a unique variety of cobblers, banana puddings, cinnamon rolls, shakes, cookies and other desserts. Some of these options include:
  • Peanut butter and jelly cookies
  • Honey apple cobbler
  • Nutella churro sticks
  • Salted caramel brownies
  • Banana pudding flights

The sweets shop's cobblers are topped with a scoop of ice cream. Its menu also includes refreshments, such as sweet peachy tea made in-house and cold brew coffee.
