Fitness program and gym Burn Boot Camp is coming to Fulshear in spring.

What started as group workouts in the parking lot of a gymnastics studio in 2015 has grown into fitness brand with over 400 locations in 38 states, according to the business's website. In addition to group trainings, the fitness facility offers complete nutritional support, trainer meetings and complimentary child care, according to representatives for the company.

Burn Boot Camp's programming consists of alternating strength and conditioning days, with 45-minute workouts focusing on different areas of the body. These trainings include:
  • Metabolic conditioning
  • Bodyweight conditioning
  • Core strength and conditioning
  • Full body strength and conditioning
  • Upper body strength
  • Lower body strength
Workouts are comprised of dynamic warmup exercises followed by a trainer-led group workout, and are concluded with a less than five-minute-long finisher challenge.
