Fogo de Chao

The authentic Brazilian steakhouse features a 360-degree view of gaucho chefs as they grill over an open flame. Fogo de Chao’s founders learned the churrasco grilling tradition while growing up on a Southern Brazilian farm before opening the first restaurant in 1979.

The steakhouse's menu offers the full churrasco experience, as well as seafood and sides such as crispy yuca fries and burrata.

Palinuro Italian Cuisine

Inspired by the seaside town of Palinuro, the restaurant serves fresh Italian cuisine. The menu features dishes such as house-made pasta, traditional risotto and imported truffles.

A list of fresh pastas served includes Lasagna Bolognese, Spaghetti Frutti di Mare, Linguine Palinuro and Ravioli di Burrata.

Gauchos Do Sul

The traditional Brazilian steakhouse features a gourmet salad bar, hot side dishes and prime cuts of meat served tableside. Guests can choose from a variety of meats, including beef ribs, filet mignon, chicken and pork.

Additionally, the restaurant offers craft cocktails such as the Gaucho Paloma and Brazilian Old Fashioned.
