Cork It, a Georgia-based wine and charcuterie business, has reserved space at the Co-Op at Elyson development in Katy with plans to open by the end of the year.

The menu features an extensive wine list based on the owner and founder's world travels as well as a variety of small plates and charcuterie boards with finger-size bites of ingredients—such as prosciutto, salami, fig spreads, crackers and olives.

Becoming a member of Cork It's Wine Club gets customers access to a wine tasting and three customized bottles of wine per month.
