The Smoking Crab & Seafood Co. will park a new food truck at 729 FM 359, Richmond, on Aug. 2 in service to surrounding Fort Bend County communities, such as Katy and Fulshear.
The mobile restaurant features Southern-style seafood platters, such as crab legs and shrimp paired with corn, sausage, butter and seasonings. The menu also includes boiled crawfish, pastas and fried fish combos.
The Richmond location will celebrate with a grand opening between Aug. 2 to Aug. 6 by offering customers a chance to win a free sampler platter. The raffle requirement is sharing the restaurant’s social media post announcement.
