Brunch eatery Another Broken Egg Cafe will open a new location Aug. 14 at 20950 Katy Freeway, Katy, according to an email from a public relations representative.
The restaurant offers Southern-inspired menu items, and its brunch specialties include hash brown Benedict, a Mardi Gras omelette and cinnamon roll French toast, among others, according to its menu. Guests can also enjoy handcrafted cocktails, spiked coffees, mimosas and bloody marys, among others, at a full bar.
In addition, the restaurant has gluten-friendly, vegetarian and kids selections as well as dine-in, to-go, delivery and catering services.
Another Broken Egg Cafe opened its first Texas location in 2020 in Austin and has since expanded its operations to Houston, College Station, The Colony and Southlake.
The restaurant’s hours are from 7 a.m.-2 p.m. daily.
