The Oaks at Fulshear Junction, a modern office condominium complex, is set to break ground by the end of 2025, promising to bring professional and medical office space to one of the fastest-growing areas in Fort Bend County, said Chief Executive Officer Tim Sojka with Tim Sell Property Group.

The complex will be located between FM 1093 and First Street near Polo Ranch and in front of the planned 126.9-acre mixed-use Fulshear Junction development by Century Communities.

“Everybody in Fulshear’s is working with us to get it done because they see the advantage of us being there,” he said. “This project is coming out, and it has more support than anything we’ve ever had.”

The details

The 3.2-acre development will feature approximately 40 office condominiums starting at 1,320 square feet with flexible build-out options for larger spaces, Sojka said. Pricing is expected to begin in the mid-to-low $400,000s.

Target tenants include medical professionals, accountants, legal services, architects and med spas, he said. The project aims to serve as a business launchpad in the area, helping Fulshear's business ecosystem expand and mature.

The complex shares developers with The Oaks at Katy Mills, Steadfast Development, Sokja said.


Next steps

The developers are currently accepting letters of intent, with sales contracts expected once ground breaks later this year, Sojka said.
