Sam’s Club—which offers bulk groceries, household items and furniture—has filed a permit for a 167,990-square-foot warehouse, according to documents from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The project is projected to start Aug. 4 with completion slated for July 26, 2026.
The company has also filed for a fuel station on the property, according to TDLR filings.
Zooming out
The Texas Heritage Marketplace development is set to bring retail, restaurants, medical offices and 550 apartments, with Target confirmed as the anchor tenant, Community Impact reported. The development is set to deliver its first buildings in the second quarter of 2026.
