The shop carries all the equipment needed to run, swim and bike in a triathlon. Runners can get a run-gait analysis on-site, and cyclists can receive specialized bike fittings at a full-service bike shop.
Store manager Jordan Gautreaux said he is excited about the new location.
“We are trying to become more family-oriented, and moving to the edge of Fairfield is [a great place for that].” he said.
Gautreaux said the shop will have the opportunity to be more involved with the community by hosting group rides from the new Mueschke Road location. Tru Tri’s parking lot will also serve as the halfway point for the Cypress Half Marathon Nov. 13, where runners in the first half of the race will tag their relay partners.
