Officials with Sushi by the Heights said the venue is their first establishment. It will offer Japanese salads, soups, hand-rolled sushi and robatayaki items—foods cooked over hot charcoal, similar to barbecue.
According to a menu posted online, other entrees will include Chilean sea bass, Japanese wagyu beef and lobster ravioli with beef. The eatery will also host a happy hour from 3-7 p.m. on weekdays.
The building was formerly occupied by Studewood Grill, which opened in May 2021 under Studewood Hospitality. The hospitality group also owns Studewood Cantine, which still operates next door.
