On May 18, Autry Park—a 14-acre development located at the new gateway of Buffalo Bayou park—announced the early 2023 opening of its first soft goods retailer, a specialty clothing boutique called Piermarini.

Piermarini is a family-owned business and is run by mother-and-son duo Tina and John Piermarini, according to a May 18 press release. The two originally opened the store in Dallas in 2010, but decided to close the store to focus on its Rice Village location, which opened in 2015. According to its website, Piermarini has a variety of shoes, clothing and accessories for both men and women.

The store’s Autry Park location will have a different collection of items than its Rice Village shop, offering items from brands from across the country, timeless pieces and one-of-a-kind products, according to the release.

The new store will be located in an 840-square-foot space on the first floor of the Hanover Parkview midrise luxury apartment building at 3737 Cogdell St. Houston. www.piermarinihouston.com
