The 12,500-square-foot clinic is being built out at 2040 W. Gray St., Ste. 200, and it will feature up to seven providers offering comprehensive care for adults.
“Expanding access to Kelsey-Seybold Clinic’s brand of care in the Houston and surrounding areas helps connect patients to care that’s convenient and coordinated,” said Kenneth Janis, chief operating officer of Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, in a news release. “We’re thrilled to be opening this new location in River Oaks and look forward to welcoming existing as well as new patients in this highly sought-after area of town.”
The clinic location will also offer on-site diagnostic services, including a laboratory, EKG and X-ray.
Powers Brown Architecture is leading the design for the new location, which will have parking garage access and an internal elevator.
Gamma Construction is the general contractor for the project.
