According to a May 20 news release, the rebrand reflects a shift toward a more accessible, family-friendly experience, which includes redesigning the menu and expanding the north patio to accommodate larger gatherings.

Curated by Chef Eduardo Alcayaga, the new menu features seasonal ingredients, shareable plates and specialty crafted dishes at a more "approachable price point," including:
  • Chef's Butcher Burger
  • Sicilian Meatballs
  • Bavette Steak Frites
The restaurant will also offer an expanded beverage program with local beer, non-alcoholic options and a refreshed wine list with more by the glass options, per the release.

“This new chapter is about creating food that feels just as good as it tastes—simple, seasonal and meant to be shared," Alcayaga said in the release. "We wanted the menu to reflect the warmth and rhythm of the neighborhood, where families, friends and even first-timers feel like they’ve found their new favorite spot.”
