Menu items include juices, smoothies, avocado toast, matcha and acai bowls. Todd said the acai bowls are the main new component of the business.
An acai bowl is a dish made with frozen and mashed acai berries, often topped with fresh fruit, granola, coconut or chia seeds.
Cosmic Juice & Acai Bowls is also preparing to launch a coffee program with wellness shots and lattes. All items are made to order.
