Houston's first location of Tom’s Watch Bar opened Oct. 29 in Downtown Houston with hopes to draw in Houston sports fans with its 75 high-definition TVs and personalized audio at each table.

The bar opened at 1201 Caroline St., Houston, near the Toyota Center, where the Houston Rockets play their home games.

"Our highly curated 360-degree viewing screenplay, premium sound system and watch party calendar offers sports fans a game day headquarters to watch their favorite team’s home and away games," co-founder Tom Ryan said in a statement.

The bar will broadcast a wide variety of sports, including professional and college games as well as emerging and more off-the-wall sports. The 6,600-square-foot venue seats just under 300 people, including on an outdoor patio facing the Toyota Center.

Tom's offers a selection of domestic, imported, craft and local beer as well as craft cocktails and wine. Food options include "elevated sports bar fare," according to a Nov. 1 news release.
