Marketed as a “female-forward restaurant and lounge,” according to a May 9 news release, PostScript HTX will offer boozy brunches, lunches and dinners in a 9,300-square-foot space draped in pink. The restaurant will be equipped with doorbells that will read “press for champagne.”
PostScript HTX's menu will be crafted by consulting chef and Houston native Bryan Caswell.
“Bryan has set a delicious tone for us to follow at PostScript HTX,” restaurant co-founder Obi Ibeto said in a statement. “He was intrigued by our pitch for a concept that’s really unlike anything in the city, and with his consulting expertise, our guests are going to be in for a dining treat with the opening menu he has created for us.”
Located in the former location of Del Frisco’s Grille, PostScript HTX will be within walking distance from female clothing brand Tootsies and will have a 393-seat main dining room, a 75-seat cocktail and dining lounge, a 26-seat garden patio, and a private dining room with its own bar and patio space.
