After delays pushed back the initial late fall opening of the combination casual restaurant and artisan market Ojo de Agua, officials said they are now targeting the third week of April for the opening of the River Oaks location.

As previously reported by Community Impact, the Mexico-based Ojo de Agua will be the first to open in Texas. The restaurant will offer a fresh juice menu, a food menu with authentically sourced ingredients, a selection of alcoholic beverages and an on-site retail market that will allow guests to purchase fresh produce and salsas, among other items.

Once open, the eatery will be located at 4444 Westheimer Road, Ste. D140, Houston.
