Set to open this spring, Balboa Surf Club will bring Pacific-inspired seafood to Houston with the same upscale intentions as il Bracco.
The restaurant will offer a curated selection of seafood with surf and turf butchered in-house daily. A glass-fronted wine room rounds out the dining experience.
“Balboa Surf Club is influenced by the seafood I grew up eating. Light and flavorful, fresh catches,” said Robert Quick, president and CEO of Western Addition, in a press release.
Western Addition opened in 2018 and first brought il Bracco to Dallas in 2019, followed by il Bracco's second location at Post Oak Plaza in spring 2022.
“There is something on this menu for everyone, seafood lovers and meat-eaters alike, whether you are in search of a light sushi or seafood lunch, or a steak dinner,” said Matt Gottlieb, Western Addition chief operating officer, in a statement.
