Officials with the residential development company Pelican Builders announced May 25 the completion of new luxury midrise condominium project in the Upper Kirby area.

Ground broke on the project, called Westmore, in February 2021. It can be found at 2323 W. Main St., Houston.

Westmore features 33 residences in total with prices starting at $995,000. Units range in size from 1,560-1,800 square feet, and the property's four penthouses average 2,500 square feet, Community Impact previously reported. The design of the project was handled by Mirador Group, which used a midcentury modern architectural style.

Meanwhile, Pelican Builders has another luxury midrise project underway in the River Oaks area called The Lexington, where homes are expected to be available in 2024.
