Ground has been broken on a new five-story, 359-unit apartment complex coming to 333 W. 24th St., Houston, according to a May 24 news release from Austin-based developer OHT Partners.

Described by OHT as an upscale apartment community, Lenox Heights will also feature two resort-style swimming pools, a sky deck, a coworking studio, a fitness center, a clubhouse and a pet spa. Doors are expected to open to residents in early 2025.

“Lenox Heights offers the highly desirable combination of short commute times and an even shorter distance to fantastic retail and dining options,” said Jackson Simons, vice president of development for the Houston market for OHT Partners, in a statement.

One- and two-bedroom units will be available, ranging in size from 629-1,247 square feet, according to the release. Rental price ranges will be announced closer to the project's opening date. In-room amenities will include stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and smart home technology.

The project was designed by architect Steinberg Dickey Collaborative LLP. It can be found between Rutland and Ashland streets in the Heights, and is across West 25th Street from the recently opened Domain Heights.

Other completed OHT projects in Houston include Lenox Clear Lake and Lenox Reserve.
