Progress is advancing on the second phase of Regent Square, a mixed-use development near Buffalo Bayou Park, with the project's 590-unit multifamily component, The Sterling, expected to open in December for move-ins.
Preleasing at The Sterling began Aug. 24, officials announced, timed with the opening of a new marketing center where prospective residents can see a one-bedroom model room and a large-scale model of the development's overall master plan.
Floor plans range from studios with sleeping alcoves to two-bedroom units. Amenities will include a 102-foot-long resort swimming pool, covered cabanas and grilling stations, a south lawn area with outdoor games and Adirondak chairs, a main lawn with games, televisions and a dining area, an outdoor lounge with a bar and fireplace, and two indoor lounges with additional games and bars.
The Sterling also features multipurpose lounges, a private dining area, conference spaces, several fitness areas, a spa room and a pet spa.
