Lisa Hostler said in a statement ParkerJoe is a place for kids and parents with personality, and that they hope to expand the brand across Texas.
“From a business standpoint, ParkerJoe serves a need: there are very few stores for standout boys’ clothing, and shopping online for this age group can be a challenge,” Hostler said in the release. What's in a name
The Hostlers created the ParkerJoe brand out of difficulty shopping for Chelsea Hostler's son, Parker. The passing of Lisa Hostler's husband Joe served as a catalyst for the business, per the release. It was after he died that Lisa Hostler decided to move closer to her daughter.
