De Fortune, an intimate cocktail lounge, will debut in Regent Square in Montrose in late 2024. According to a June 17 news release, the square's first bar and lounge is anticipated to be dedicated to mixology art.

“We wanted to create something unique, upscale and elegant on a level not seen in Houston nightlife,” Mayur Desai, one of De Fortune’s four co-founders, said.

The menu will focus almost exclusively on inventive cocktails and reflect new drink recipes, seasonal ingredients, exotic spices and global spirits. Limited snack options will also be available.
