The new concept comes from Ninety3 Hospitality Group, run by Houston native Andres Castro. It will open in the former location of Muse on Dallas Street.
Plans include a partnership with Carniceria Prime Meat Market, which will provide premium cuts of meat that chefs will incorporate into shareable plates, according to a June 19 news release, including wagyu beef tartare, foie gras, a wagyu smash burger, caviar service and Kobe beef selections. Drink offerings will include hand-crafted cocktails and mocktails, as well as an international wine and champagne list.
The venue's indoor space will anchored by a bar and dual-sided fireplace. Seating options will include "intimate seating vignettes, banquettes and sofas built for conversation," according to the release, and the venue will also feature shaded outdoor patios. Entertainment plans include live music performers hosted each week, including singers, pianists, and late-night lounge DJs. Officials plan to eventually roll out brunch service on weekends.
“I’m excited to bring a restaurant and lounge with beautiful and classic interiors, attentive service and delicious, bite-size food to River Oaks that bucks the current trend-driven restaurant and bar designs,” Castro said in a statement.
