The menu is marketed as "simple yet enticing" with a list of ten cocktails, four beers and a handful of wines by the glass, per the release.
Cocktails on the menu put a twist on classics, with drinks like the Backyard Sour with bourbon, aquafaba, mango puree and lemon; an Old Fashioned with hibiscus-infused rye whiskey, fernet, luxardo, simple syrup and angostura; and the Mezcalada featuring mezcal, michelada, tamarindo, cilantro and lager.

In their own words
The concept is the latest project from West Coast restaurateurs Russell Malixi, Wade McElroy and Andrew Corbett. Malixi and McElroy are originally from Texas, but ventured out to California and landed in the hospitality business, per the release.
"Texas was calling me home, and Montrose seemed like the perfect place to launch Jethro’s," Malixi said in a statement. "The welcoming vibe reminded me a little of L.A., but the bustling nightlife scene and neighborhood feel is really what sealed the deal."
