The Houston Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, an organization that has been in operation for almost 100 years, expanded its services to include a wellness clinic for owned animals in August.

The wellness clinic promotes responsible pet ownership by providing preventive care and vaccines. Its goal is to provide affordable veterinary care to community pets. Walk-ins are welcomed, and the clinic is open from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m Thursdays through Sundays. The clinic serves cats, kittens, dogs and puppies.
