Cormier’s Kitchen, located at 5200 Louetta Road, Ste. 100, Spring, held a soft opening July 5-6 and celebrated its grand opening July 10. The restaurant offers Cajun cuisine and Southern cooking for every meal of the day, serving breakfast from 7 a.m.-1 p.m. and lunch and dinner from 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Breakfast items include pancakes, waffles, omelettes, Benedicts and Cajun-inspired choices, such as a shrimp and grits, a Boudin breakfast and a Cajun shrimp plate.
