While The Brooklyn Cafe has a variety of coffee beverages on its menu, the eatery’s most popular items during the summer are the iced coffee drinks. Manager and owner Graham Smyth said the eatery’s $3.75 signature frozen salted caramel coffee is made with a shot of espresso, salted caramel mix, milk and ice. “It’s one of our most popular frozen coffee drinks in the summer, and we offer it year-round,” he said. “Bagels is what makes us different though; it’s what we do. No one else in The Woodlands has it.” Smyth said coffee and bagels—which are served all day—are ordered the most at the cafe, which has been in The Woodlands since 1994. Other menu items, such as the iced latte and the white mocha, are also popular choices among customers. Bagel flavors at The Brooklyn Cafe include plain, fiesta, everything, garlic, sesame, onion and salt.
